June Teen Programming: Unleash Your Inner Hero

Teens sign up now to join the teen summer reading program and receive your S.H.I.E.L.D notebook to start tracking pages read to earn fantastic prizes. The earliest teens can come in to get prizes is Wednesday, June 8.

Programming

Shelly has planned so many fantastic craft programs this summer. Check upstairs at the library for registration information as supplies/space are limited. June projects include comic book-decorated boxes (5 p.m. Thursday, June 9) and superhero etched mugs (5 p.m. Wednesday, June 29) in the Rosalyn Jones Room/teen room.

Meet Our Local Heroes (All Ages Welcome)

The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, Syracuse Police Department, Turkey Creek Fire Territory, and Indiana State Police will demonstrate and answer questions about what they do from 3-5 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, at the Syracuse Community Center.

Don’t miss out on this chance to meet our local heroes! All ages are welcome to attend this program.

Escape Room

Come solve our superhero-themed escape room on Thursday, June 23, and Tuesday, July 19. Both escape rooms will be from 2:30-6:15 p.m. in the teen room and feature four sessions.
